What We Do

HeartWorks has combined a number of technologies and techniques in the service of addressing stress and its effects. Because we are addressing the fundamental skill of attention, these same strategies also bring us to better health outcomes and support achieving peak performance for everyone, at every level of development and skill.

Our strategy is three-tiered and works from the bottom up.

Addressing Physical Limitations

First, we assess the physical limitations that affect attention. Science has shown that subtle issues in both eyes and ears are creating attention issues. We bring two technologies to bear on these issues:

Teaching Attention Skills

Second, after addressing physical limitations, that affect attention, we teach attention skills. To assist in speeding the learning process, we use a well established biofeedback technology, supported by Cranial/sacral therapy and meditation training:

Teaching Clients How To Use The Attention Skills

Third, once the client has made sufficient progress with addressing in physical limitations and learning attention skills, we facilitate the client's use of these newfound abilities in ways that engage the process of discovering the client's own life purpose and passion. This is a personal coaching process that helps to evoke the client's own heart intelligence.
