The Heartworks Center
Our 600 square foot studio facility has a wood “sprung” floor – one with a cushioned underlayment – which is most suitable for dance, yoga and qigong. Located beneath the Studio is a restroom, sauna and small dressing area, as well as the HeartWorks Kiva.
Our kiva adopts the design of underground ceremonial rooms common to the New Mexican Native American Pueblos. This smaller scale adaptation is made of adobe – handmade mud blocks formed in the round for sound in the ground. We do drumming here, including our HealthRhthyms® drumming program.

In addition to larger meeting rooms, we utilize a private room for individualized HeartMath® training. Our primary tools here are comfortable chairs, a massage table (for cranial/sacral support in the training), surround sound with music from Advanced Brain Technologies, and HeartMath’s computer based heart rate variability biofeedback.
Our meditation facility has room for ten to fourteen people. This space is be reserved for meditation only and is used during quiet hours.

Overnight Guest Accommodations
The Center has overnight guest quarters for an single or a couple to accommodate out of town visitors for a reasonable charge.
Another special place in the Center houses the ultimate stress relief tool, when all else fails – shopping. Come see our unique boutique of beautiful items from around the world, along with supplies for yoga, meditation, drumming and HeartMath®. The store does not keep regular hours open to the public but is open when clients are here.
